CAD CAM (CEREC)

Computer Aided Design and Machining has revolutionized the process of making ceramic crowns, partial crowns (onlays) and veneers. These can now be made onsite from beautiful strong life-like ceramic in a matter of minutes as opposed to a couple of weeks.

A small wand is used to take an optical scan of your teeth creating a digital 3D model on computer which is used to design the restoration. This is then milled from a block of ceramic and adhesively bonded to your tooth all in the same appointment. This modern technology avoids the need to grind back healthy tooth structure and reduces cost as compared to traditional crowns, as fewer visits or time in the chair is needed and no temporary crowns are needed.

Hygienist
Prevention Is Best

Even with excellent home oral hygiene, you can’t clean your teeth as well as a professional hygienist. By seeing a hygienist regularly, you’ll keep your teeth and gums healthy and help prevent tooth decay.

Cosmetic
Love Your Smile

If your teeth are a little worse for wear – broken or weak from acid, too many fillings, or from grinding – it can impact your smile, the way you talk or eat and certainly your confidence.

Maintaining
Your Smile

You only have one set of teeth – keeping them working well and looking good takes careful, ongoing work. Of course, the best cure is prevention.
