Keep Gums Healthy & Prevent Decay

Hygienist
Prevention Is The Best Cure

Even with excellent home oral hygiene, you can’t clean your teeth as well as a professional hygienist. By seeing a hygienist regularly, you’ll keep your teeth and gums healthy and help prevent tooth decay. It’ll save you money in the long run – especially if you’ve had restorative work like implants, crowns or bridges.

Our hygienist will do more than give your teeth a thorough clean. She will review and educate you on home care, and check everything that could affect your dental health.

The ultimate goal is to prevent gum disease, which leads to tooth decay and more expensive and intensive procedures. Here are four tips to prevent gum disease.

Dentist

1

Regular appointments with your hygienist and dentist

2

Brush and floss every day

3

Continue brushing and flossing when your gums bleed

4

Change your toothbrush regularly

It’s never too late to benefit from regular hygienist visits - book your appointment today.
